*Interviews will be held via Line or Skype Video call unless candidate requests a face to face interview, which can then be arranged.
Our recruitment process is as follows:
1) You have an initial interview.
2) If you pass, we will invite you to attend a 1 day observation and a 2nd interview
3) If you pass the 2nd interview, we will invite you back for a training period. We will give you an allowance each day to cover food and transport costs. At the end of this training period, you will have a 3rd interview.
4) If you pass the 3rd interview, we will accept you to be a permanent member of the Optimo group.
Preparation for first Interview
Before you call our recruitment team, please browse this website thoroughly and be prepared with the following information:
1) know what the company does
2) Know what a Business Representative (BR) is
3) Know what your daily routine as a BR will be (see Action tab of this website)
4) Be able to explain why you would like to be part of Optimo
5) Have at least one question prepared to ask in the interview
