Unique Structure of Optimo
Because we know that people want both job security and opportunity for growth, we have designed a unique, legitimate and fully legal system that offers both these things.
With dedication and commitment, there is a possibility of having your own team of BR's and becoming a business manager within one year.
Conventional System
Optimo has a traditional business structure and typically has different departments i.e. sales department, HR department, finance department, training and development etc. Our head office is situated on the outskirts of Bangkok, please see the About / contact page for map. We recruit and train our staff like any other conventional company.
Self Promotion System
Once you have received sufficient training, we then open up the opportunity for you to increase your own level of earnings by training others. Earnings will be based on how many people you share your product knowledge with. If you are able to reach out to a high volume of people, you will be assigned a team to train. You will be paid according to the volume of people you reach out to and the volume of people that your team reaches out to.
* Please note that recruitment is not part of the job role like in a MLM structure. Our business structure is not a pyramid/ MLM scheme.
Optimo is unique in structure, offering the conventional security of a set monthly pay amount but also the opportunity for people to increase their earnings depending on their own potential.
1) BR.Your entry salary will be minimum 13K. Your success will be meausured on how many people you communicate with regarding the products/ services that you are sharing.
If you have good results you will be promoted to:
2) Supervisor and have new BR's under your supervision. You will be responsible for training your BR's. Once you have trained your BR's to become supervisors, you will become an:
3) Assistant manager. As assistant manger you will earn minimum 20k.
If you are successful in training your supervisors to become assistant managers, you will became a:
4) Manager. As a manager you will earn minimum of 30k and have authority over your team and schedule.
